Purchases:
On line credit card transactions are processed through Pay Pal using state-of the - art secure technology for your protection.
Purchases may be made by check or money order. Send Reflections your print order by email along with your certified shipping address and we will send you an invoice by email reply. When we receive your payment in the mail for this invoice, we will process and ship your order.
Guarantee:
Because of our confidence in the quality of the prints available through the Reflections web site, we guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase of our prints. If you are unsatisfied with a purchased print, please contact Reflections by email (see our Print Return Policy). Print returns that are received by Reflections, in original condition, within ten days of your receipt of the order will be replaced by another Reflection's print of equal value, at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges and Free Shipping:
Print orders that total $100.00 or more are shipped at no cost (free shipping). A shipping fee of $15.00 is charged for each print within an order that totals less than $100.00.
Shipping and Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped in the sequence in which they are received. Typically, orders are shipped within two to three weeks from the placement of your order. It we are experiencing a longer processing time than three weeks, we will notify you at the placement of your order by email.
Shipping – Address Requirements:
We cannot accept an order unless we have a Confirmed address to ship the order to. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box or on Unconfirmed address. We must also have a valid mailing zip code, telephone number and contact person for shipping confirmation requirements. Any parcel returned to Reflections by the shipping carrier as undeliverable (such as – "no such person" or "no forwarding address") will be subject to addition order fees and order cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy).
Shipping Method:
To comply with the requirements of Pay Pal's Buyer Protection Program, Reflections ships all orders by ground shipment through UPS, or similar commercial carrier, with Delivery Confirmation (Signature Required). This is to ensure that the order is received by the rightful Person. All orders are fully insured in value equal to the order amount.
Lost Shipments:
Reflections will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within the anticipated ground shipment time, please contact Reflections. We, in turn, will contact the carrier and determine what has happened to your shipment. We will let you know by email of our findings.
Damaged Shipments:
In the event that you receive a shipment that you believe is damaged, please open the package in the presence of the carrier’s delivery person and examine the contents. If one or more of the prints are damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us. We will work with the carrier to settle the damage claim and then send a replacement order to you.
Standard Shipping Area:
Shipping fees and free shipping apply only to orders to be shipped within the continental United States. For other destinations, shipping fees will be quoted on an individual order basis.
Print Return:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality or visual character of your purchased print when you receive it, please contact Reflections by email within five days of receiving your order. Please explain your area of dissatisfaction to us. We will respond by email after review of your request to return the print.
We require print returns to be shipped back to Reflections within ten days of receiving your order. We require that you carefully re-package your order for the return shipment to protect it from damage during shipment.
Prints that are received by Reflections in original condition will be replaced by another Reflection's print of equal value at no additional cost to you – including our cost to ship the replacement print to you. Please tell us in your email what replacement print that you would like to have. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for your shipping costs in sending your print order back to Reflections.
Order Cancellation:
Reflections retains the right to cancel an order for any reason at our discretion and provide a credit for the cancelled order through Pay Pal.
Additional Order Charges:
Orders that are returned to Reflections by the shipping carrier as undeliverable are subject to additional order fees. A re-stocking fee of $15.00 will be charged as well as a $15.00 shipping fee for each print within the order (even if free shipping previously applied) and an order cancellation charge of $10.00 will be assessed. These additional order charges will be subtracted from the previous order total and the net amount will be processed through Pay Pal as a credit to the canceled order.
The Prints and the Printer:
All prints are made by the photographer, Larry Wright, and are personally reviewed for quality and consistency. Mr. Wright personally reviews the mounted and matted prints and signs and dates the finished print on the over-matte on each finished print prior to shipment.
Print Sizes:
The print sizes shown on the web site listing are nominal and are the size of the print before the over-matte is installed. The mounted and matted print's viewable area is approximately ½" to ¾" smaller in each direction than the nominal print size. This allows for the over-matte to conceal the print edge neatly and hold the print edge down and prevents the print from curling.
Print Mounting and Mattes:
All prints are provided with one white over-matte (Crescent #1613 – Very White/Rag Matte); with the print opening cut with a beveled edged matte cutter. Matt sizes for print image sizes are as follows:

Archival Mounting and Materials:
We are committed to preserving the longevity of your print and we use archival mounting methods and materials in all of our print orders. All prints are "float" or "hinge" mounted with archival tape on only one edge to allow for print movement. All prints are mounted to acid-free archival foam core board. All over-mattes are 4 ply, 100% archival rag acid-free matte board. Over-mattes are installed with double sided archival adhesive that allows for removal at a late date of the over-matte, if desired, without damage to the print itself.
Silver Gelatin Prints:
All traditional wet darkroom prints are made on fiber based, double weight Silver Gelatin photographic papers. All prints are archivally washed, then toned with a Selenium toner solution for increased longevity and, then, re-washed.
Archival Digital Prints:
All Black and White and Color digital photographic prints are printed on either an Epson Stylus Pro 2200 or 4000 series printer using genuine Epson Ultra-Chrome Inks. The Ultra-Chrome ink system is an eight cartridge ink set of pigment based inks. Prints are made on Epson Premium Glossy Photographic paper, unless otherwise stated in the image description.
Giclee Prints:
All Black and White and Color Giclee prints are printed on either an Epson Stylus Pro 2200 or 4000 series printer using genuine Epson Ultra-Chrome Inks. Prints are made on Breathing Color Elegance Velvet #310 watercolor paper or on Brilliance #2 Textured Canvas, as stated in the image description. Both Giclee materials are archival and are museum grade materials that are specifically manufactured for Giclee printing.
Giclee prints are shown in the finest Galleries and Museums throughout the Art World. They are recognized by gallery owners, collectors, art critics and museum curators as equal in longevity and for having a dynamic range of color that is equal to or greater than those made in the traditional wet darkroom. There is no finer quality print available to you today than a quality Giclee print.
